Back in December the following post was entered on ask the club.


Hello Paul,

See the above link which is a very fair and also controlled way season ticket holders can sell their tickets if they cannot make a home game. Can you ask the powers to be if BHAFC would consider this as a lot more people have on-line accounts therefore the club could charge an admin fee for when a current season ticket holder sells a ticket not required. I am sure you will appreciate nearly all of us will miss a game or two at home every season due to holidays etc.

Which was answered that the request had been passed on. Please advise if there has been any decision on this important issue.

Yes it has been passed on, but exact details are yet to be finalised or announced. With the new ticketing and entry system, it obviously limits the possibility of passing on a ticket, as you can with paper tickets - and the board are aware of this. I suspect it will be a case of "selling" the ticket back to the club, and then it being resold. Or a small admin charge for a paper ticket to be reissued and the smart card to be deactivated - but full details will be announced once finalised.
