Are there any plans to upgrade or replace the current online ticket purchase system?
When purchasing Watford tickets, there was no confirmation (either on screen or by email) that the transaction was successful. It was only when I went into the ticket office in person that I was told by the staff (who incidentally are extremely helpful and a real credit to the club) that the transaction had gone through.
Like most 30-somethings I routinely buy things online without any problem, but this system is about as clunky and unreliable as I have come across. If the club is going to have a policy of releasing tickets for sale online before any other channel (or even exlusively online), surely it must take a look at this problem.
