Amex: Buying for someone else

Paul,

I have a friend who wishes to finance an Amex season ticket for her boyfriend on her credit card. He is attending a presentation in February.

His details will be on the application form, but her credit card details will be on the payment side. Is that likely to throw up any issues on the day?

She has no interest in football and will not be purchasing in her own right.
