U16 STH's at AMEX

Hi Insider,

Could you clarify something for me please as I've heard differing opinions on this.

I have a ST, as do my 2 boys aged 10 & 14. For AMEX, do I need to use my +3 allocation to buy them a ST each, or are they simply entitled to a ST in their own right by virtue of being STH's this season? I didn't think my +3 allocation was intended for them! They are booked on the presentation with me and I know +3's can't go to these so I'm confused more than ever.

Yes, they are entitled to an Amex ST and to attend the presentation as STHs in their own right (however only adults have the +3 option).
