I'm only jealous as there's no way I'm ever going to to troubling those who finish in the single-digit places. I'm all about the plodding these days, especially after Bruno the Cockerpoo seems to have lost his running mojo! Unless we're going downhill, or he's chasing after a squirrel or the odd passing vehicle, he barely makes it up to a trot!
Who’s doing Phoenix 10k on Wednesday? I’m giving it a miss this year as running fast is not doing my Achilles any good.

Sheffield Endcliffe parkrun on Saturday - very crowded - 600+ runners many celebrating NHS 75th anniversary. Ran well until Achilles started hurting after 4.5k and jogged home.
