Walked the station before 6am this morning and it was unbelievably warm and humid.........more like a hot summer evening than an autumn morning.

It won’t last, the Express reckon temperatures are going to PLUNGE before the end of the month and not recover until April/May next year.

Around 2:30/3 never seen it so dark at this time of year all the street lights had to come on felt like a day in late december

Lol colder from a pretty high base ...you will be lucky to get snow down here in November...personally I do think we will have a cold Winter this time if only based on the law of averages and the fact that the Express hasn’t forecast Armageddon

This is the GFS ensemble temperature plot for south Sussex. Not a lot of -10c lines in there.
