Dear Insider,

Sincere apologies for bugging you on this front. Did you have any luck when it came to finding out whether this option is available/doable? I am willing to email PTV and thought it would be wise to check first before launching into a much deserved rant (if they do not provide them).

I have checked this out. It's not something Perform can add at their end. I am not sure if you can get general software that you can load to your own computer - but there isn't anything Perform can do. However, a lot of the interviews do get partly transcribed to seagulls.co.uk.
