Can we be re-assured that the club is taking full advantage of the recessionary impact on the construction industry. I am reliably informed that major construction tenders are being returned at a level 10% - 15% below those of 12 months ago......

I think we are in the hands of two absolute construction experts in Derek Chapman and Martin Perry. Two guys who have a huge amount of construction experience.
