further on from dave's point about how mickey mouse it is not selling away tickets over the phone
it doesn't make it easy for exiled fans who can't just nip into the shop and buy one
if you can buy them buy fax can you not buy them buy email?
can't see how it would be hard to set up an email address for tickets only and get someone to check it once a day?
this would be the easiest way for me to buy them and im sure other fans would prefer this way as well
