Given that away tickets can now only be ordered by post/fax according to the club shop ticket line answerphone message, could a further benefit be added to those given to gold/blue members?
Having spent £30 for blue membership, surely the club could offer at least a booking by phone service for away tickets. I am sure the numbers in the blue scheme are pretty low, and the only reason we sign up is to go to away games, so it should be relatively easy to administer. This way at least we would see some tangible benefit for the membership fee.
