I was in Wetherspoons earlier for some breakfast and I ordered it with a pint of lager top to wash it down.
While I was waiting for my change from the LOVELY Polish barmaid the chap next to me said Lager Top was a POOFS drink
Sounds like a chat up line. Did he look like he fancied some?

I once ordered a larger, with a top, at the AMEX (not for me I hasten to add) After disappearing for a while the young lad serving reappeared with a plastic lid from a tea and demonstrated how it wouldn't fit.

Proper poofs drink that, we all know that you have either coffee, tea or juice with breakfast, ffs.
That looks good ... although it doesn't actually say where it is.
FWIW, every time I've been in a gay bar, everyone seems to be drinking (expensive) bottled beer - not a lager top in sight.

Most of it just tastes the same and is manufactured not brewed. Mostly Lager is all about brands and marketing
