Ah thanks for that - the whole area will be tidied up and when the Shelter is finished after being relocated from the bottom of West Street it should be a great stroll from the Peace Statue eastwards.

Does anybody know what will be built or developed immeduately to the east of the i360?

Officially opened 2pm today. Watched it on the 2hr time-delay webcam on the Argus website. It's making its second trip. (Won't use "flight"). Today it'll be operating until 9.30pm but if anyone was going to watch the firework display it's been cancelled.

Crossing the A270 on the footbridge at Kingston Lane Shoreham I noticed the pod not far off the top. Does anyone know if it's still at commissioning stage or now in operation?
