    I kept thinking I must take the view. But most of the time it was head down and get up that hill! I do the Hove prom and Hove park parkruns. I shall give bevendean a go once it cools down 😁

    Did 54mins which I am very pleased with. The Snake took its toll though, what with it being an 120 foot climb over 2 miles!

    Brighton trailblazer 10k for me Sunday. Very hilly. I'll be happy with under an hour. Typically I run 10k in 50 mins.

    What should a fit-ish 55 year old do the Brooks 10k in? I am hoping to crack 50mins. Reasonable?
