It's understandable people are worried about Duffy but we're not unique. Looks like Huddersfield will be missing Billing in midfield tonight who's been regularly outstanding by all accounts, and using their reserve keeper - who was decent in the Cup but dropped a clanger v Newcastle. Let's see...
He'll be missed but, in the league, Uwe has never been on the losing side in an Albion shirt when he's played 90 minutes. 12 games, 6 of them wins. Let's hope he can get up to speed quickly and stay fit. Then if Dunk cuts out bookings for dissent we might just get by ok...
Bad news. But it'd be worse if it was a striker. We had some pretty impressive results before signing him over the past year and a half and we can do it again. We have to, so no point getting stressed about it.
Thinking positive, at least we've got plenty of games against teams low in the table. If the defence gets leakier, we'll just have to shift the emphasis and make sure we outscore them. We've got the players to do it with a determined effort.
Ok. So if you get a red for 2 bookings, the initial yellow doesn't count presumably? That's decent then. If he can cut out the stupid ones, might even last the season.
Big blow if true. Can't imagine we'll see him again before Norwich. But it is what it is. Time for Uwe to step up to the plate and Dunk to be ultra-responsible for a few weeks.
