Of course. You drum it into them. Baldock attacked the near post... Nobody attacked the far post. It's basic. If you don't think moments like that are affected by repetition on the training ground, then there's really not much point having coaches or training.
What's that got to do with anything? The amount of losses are restricted by the League's rules so TB can only prop the club up to a limited extent unless he's going to gamble with its future.
I bet that for the first time in this division our level of budget is way above our league position...
Some of the signings have been decent enough, some not so good but it was never going to be easy finding another Ulloa.
There is still comfortably enough quality in the squad I think to be doing much better than we are. It's all just one big experiment at the moment.
By managing other clubs. It's very nice of us to let Hyypia learn on the job but all of the momentum gained under Poyet and through the stadium move is being frittered away.
No more than Rotherham deserve. I'm a big advocate of giving managers time but, given time, you expect to see small signs of improvement and not to repeat the same mistakes over and over again.
We are just getting worse, and yet still playing both our fullbacks in line with the centre-forward...
Phew. Bennett did his best to make a mess of it - shinning the ball while in the clear - but redeemed himself with the finish.
Maybe we can play with a bit of confidence and verve in the second half.
Revell.... don't do it to us.
We still pass the ball nicely in tight situations but the bottom line is Rotherham have had more good chances and look more dangerous. This is as poor an Albion side as I've seen since before Poyet took over (not in terms of individuals but in terms of cohesion).
