    Probably an aircraft, all you see for the ISS is a bright white light and its silent.....you wont hear a thing....also flashing red is probably a nav light or anti col light on an aircraft.

    I saw a shuttle launch many many years ago ( probably 25) the sound and ground rumbling was incredible. As I was RAF at the time we got inside Cape Caneveral to a military only viewing area.

    15-20 mins after take off travelling West to east.....might be low in the sky estimating 2150......be early not to miss it Look west just to the Right of the moon at 2120 the ISS will go over ( might not be dark enough for a good view ) but the SpaceX will follow the same path.
