If you read my comments and the links in post #9, that doesn't sound likely at all.
So flats, a gym, restaurants and a small supermarket sort of sounds like the plan.
There's actually some more recent news than that. It seems things are actually progressing, finally. Public consultation on 9 + 10 Nov. A 'mixed-used development' to be completed by 2020 (I'll believe it when I see it!)
