I think most understood what was meant by, people tend to go down 10-15mins before, come back later so they serving window isn’t just the time between refs whistles.

Except for service, I’d agree with that. I had a burger last season that was very pleasant. Some sort of spicy relish included and a decent bit of beef. Proper cheese too which frankly isn’t called for in the world of cheeseburgers when yellow candle wax is standard!
