Players always tend to play better when there is quality around them. As was said on the commentary regarding Ince's passing to O'Grady and then Tex, if they have confidence in the players around them it will help them up their own game.

Sounds like O'Grady has been useless and KLL is being more of a hinderence than a help. Sounds like his inclusion has changed the shape we adopted against Leeds and Bolton and we are weaker because of it.
