Yes. It's quite possible to acknowledge somebody is a good singer while at the same time disliking the tone or technique of their singing. Conversely you can like a singer's renditions of the songs he sings while at the same time acknowledging they either can't sing or that their singing ability...

Yes definitely Buble. Another technically good singer whose voice I just cant get on with.
There's also Neil Tennant of the Pet Shop Boys. However I'm not sure if it's his voice I can't stand or his stupid smug face.
I think it was the limitations of Ian Hunter's voice which prompted Mick Ralphs to leave Mott the Hoople and form Bad Company with Paul Rogers on vocals.
Having said that I love All the Young Dudes including Hunter's vocal performance.
