It is infuriating mate. I am not 100% it's insomnia anymore even, sometimes it is I suppose, perhaps sleeping patterns, its new to me and i dont like it one bit - really screws your day up

I tried it all today, eating at the right time, going to bed at the right time, it really is getting depressing and I know I wlll crash in a bit and not wake up till later
grrr bitch of a night now at the do I go back to bed stage or stay up for the footy (which involves going out to a local Chelsea pub which is fricking old school and rough as) I dunno if it is classed as a disorder but it is so pants if you get it, quite harsh on your mental and physical.
