One of the most famous ones was West Ham at home in 1933 (2-2, lost 1-0 in the replay). That was the season we failed to apply for exemption from the qualifying rounds - and played a total of 11 matches in the FA Cup, scoring 43 goals in the process, which must be some kind of record.
