I would suggest it is up to Ulloa to force the issue as the bid is a long way below the clubs valuation so they will not budge.
TB has always said we will not stand in a players way but the valuation has to be met.

In all the articles over the last coule of days Pearson has been relaxed about the deal.
Whilst they have not met the valuation, I believe Leicester are aware that Ulloa's representatives have told us he is keen to speak to them.
This they hope will provide scope to reduce our valuation around...

The article in the Argus states Sami has met with Ulloa and stated he wants him to stay.
We have not heard anything from Ulloa following that meeting which is not a good sign.
I would suggest we are getting our replacements in place (VillaFrance/Baldock) on the assumption the club will sell to...

If it really is our intention to play fast counter attacking football then Ulloa is not our man.
Better to sell and invest in players like Joe Mason (£1.5m) and Adam Clayton (£1m) who are available.
