Saw their first headlining tour - the one where the programme was full of hearing aid adverts... Have to say I only really liked the first 3-4 albums but as a power trio what a live band!- jakarta

Hawkwind Spirit of the Age Tour 1977, their last classic lineup & mad Bob Calvert on vocals ripping up the Stars & Stripes with a samurai sword while singing Hassan I Sahba. The whole gig came to a crashing halt as the Manchester Hells Angels took on the Security. :rock:- jakarta
