It is nothing to do with service....its all about bandwidth. if your having issues you have some services, app, or update, pulling something from somewhere on the internet in the background.

"click here to switch to old player" then it will state "click here to switch back to DVR player." always use the old one....uses much less bandwidth

i always click use the old player......this uses much less Kbps.......for example, a commentary needs/uses 156kbps minimum on the old player....on the new one it wants about 1Mbps.....on the new, if you are surfing other sites, it won't work well as you are interrupting a HQ stream all the time.
