One small thing that the govt could do to help out and they fail miserably because of some archaic laws and/or a lack of any dynamism. That's what annoys me. But hey - let's just keep closing pubs down shall we and putting over-priced flats in their place?

An hour or two or so before would make all the difference to the pub's balance sheet as we know from the men's matches where pubs are generally rammed well before KO.

Some pubs can open for the footie because they have a licence. But Parliament can't allow it generally because it needs to be recalled. FFS - you useless ******* bunch of c***s. Hospitality is on its knees and you have no mechanism to do this. I despair of this country.
