All about choices. I like my chips with a bit of bean juice, but don't want them anywhere near the egg, so I'd rather position them myself than have them randomly dumped on the plate - so yes, empty it but there is a point :blush:

Classic meal as long as done properly…..golf club used to do a cracking version……excellent sausages, big chunky chips and beans in a ramekin to avoid unnecessary and unwelcome seepage. Not sure why people are confusing or even discussing it with a ’fry up’. That’s a breakfast - SECB is a lunch...
