    The moaners will be the same people who shout ‘put it in the box’ or ‘stick it in the mixer FFS’ when we decide to pass it around instead of crossing......not realising that ‘sticking it in the mixer’ hardly ever leads to a goal (particularly when your two strikers are short).

    Definitely. Pretty sure at least a couple of times on Saturday Dunk pinged the ball along the ground through the midfield straight to Maupay around halfway - the tactic just creates space as the oppo have to press to try to get the ball - it's up to our tippy-tapping defenders to spot those...

    20 games in now how many times has this happened ? I can't recall a goal coming from a Maty error.................

    They both seem exceptionally strong and well-balanced - they get in front of the defender and are very difficult to knock off the ball. Another big plus now is that we have more chance of a midfielder supporting them rather than Muzza holding the ball up 50 yards away from the nearest stripy shirt.

    I keep thinking that....but considering how many times he's done so now I'm struggling to think of when he's messed it up. His ball control; is exceptional for a keeper - some of the passes back to him now are really getting belted at him but he's totally confident on either foot. Everyone...
