Time and injuries.......just think another season as a starting CF will be a step too far. Can see him doing a job off the bench though - particularly if we’re defending a lead.

Spot on. I don’t think Murray is really up to PL football, least not as a regular starter. We got away with it last season, def need more firepower up front.

I saw him repeatedly apologising........but daft as he kicked the ball after the whistle had gone anyway...... Solly’s final ball was crap, several terrible crosses. He also seems to lack the confidence to take on the defender which is a real shame because we know he can do it.

Knockaert was running around like a maniac from the off.......looks to be playing for his place and doing a pretty good job. March was good defensively but dire going forward. Stephens was excellent and whilst not much time to judge, Bissouma looks good. Bernardo looks a potentially better LB...

Agreed......palpable excitement for a team like AM to be visiting (Torres, Griezman et al) - they were circles we simply didn't move in at the time but it's a bit different now. I'm looking forward to it anyway.
