There’s been a lot of youth stuff in Burgess Hill......not a lot of it end in court sadly. I was on a jury a while back in relation to something along the lines you describe (not in Burgess Hill). Whole case was useless - CPS and police never had a hope of a conviction.

Pretty much this. There have been a few similar incidents in Burgess Hill (although it seems to be usually ‘youth on youth’ stuff, beating up and mobile phone theft) but pretty rare in Hassocks I think. As others have said there are scumbags everywhere now........may have just jumped off the...
