Of course there is a racist element. However, black officers have been guilty of the same thing. There is something wrong with
the selection process in my opinion.
Thats why I say its a police problem, not a race problem. He asked the guy for his license. The guy reached for it and was shot several times, even when backing away with his hands up. The training or officer selection is flawed somewhere.
I think selection, as most are probably decent.

The country is crazy. The police were looking for a suspect who was wearing camo's...on the demo.... carrying (legally) an assault rifle.... he wasnt involved in the shootings, but ...people carrying military grade assault weapons in public just sounds lunatic to me. Wasnt the 2nd amendment...
I dont think race even comes into it, as black officers have also been involved.. The police there seem to be some sort of heavily armed gang, with an 'us or them' mentality.
