Thank you. Herne Bay was a bit busier than anticipated, but we managed to get a 99 and sat on the beach to eat it, before the return trip and a pint in the beer garden at the King Ethelbert at Reculver.

Well, our Walk of Light has been completed - unfortunately we had to do the walk during daylight hours, so didn't get to use our lights...!
It went well, and on the return journey we completed our 1,000 miles challenge too, so all in all a good day.

We have had a slight change of tack for this Saturday's upcoming Walk of Light, instead of walking from Reculver to Minnis Bay, we are now going to walk the opposite, slightly more attractive...
Well did a practice walk yesterday following the route of our March 26th Walk of Light event. We did Reculver to Minis Bay and it was bloody freezing. I was actually happy to be wearing the bandana I have been using since beginning my treatment for actinic keratosis - helps hide the treatment...
