    [Albion] Richard Keogh

He's a wealthy man, do doesn't deserve his rights, that's a novel twist.

But that’s the whole point, you’ve rolled over and accepted the disgraceful double standards displayed by your club. I feel your time would be better spent on the Derby forums, letting the club know how unhappy you are with the way things have been done, but clearly you don’t care one iota as...

    [Albion] Richard Keogh

You may not like what the club has done, but in saying it’s a pragmatic decision you clearly condone it... disgraceful.

So, what you’re saying, as a Derby fan, you are quite happy that Keogh has been ****ed over to save paying him.yet those who committed a highly serious illegal act, and ran away are fine to carry on as normal? Pragmatic - more like pathetic.

Young lads, he’s not ****ing 60 (though he may look it). Surely he’s not responsible for the actions of all his team mates because he’s team captain and a bit older!

    [Albion] Richard Keogh

What next, gross misconduct for not looking both ways when crossing the road?

    [Albion] Richard Keogh

Agree, I think there's more to this. The telling point will be if Keogh fights it

Yep, I mentioned that in an earlier post. Could sue for loss of earnings.

Or A - are very arrogant B - know something we don’t that Keogh won’t want to come out

    [Albion] Richard Keogh

But the point here is Keogh is unable to work due to the actions of 2 of his employers employees - surely a very different case to someone not being able to work due to their own actions!

I’m no legal Beagle, but are you sure about that. 3 people are involved in an incident. 2 commit an illegal act and yet only get a slap on the wrist. The one who happens to get injured gets sacked. Unless there are extenuating circumstances that we are not aware of I am sure that stinks of...

    [Albion] Richard Keogh

Agree there must be some culpability on Keogh's part. I just can't see how, except on the basis of value, how they can sack one player, senior or not, yet retain the two "guilty" players, with nothing more than a slap on the wrist. There simply HAS to be something we are not aware of...

    [Albion] Richard Keogh

Spot on... Unless there is something going on that the public aren't party to I can see Keogh suing either Derby or the two responsible drivers for loss of earnings!

Admit everything straight away - they ****ing ran away and left an injured colleague in a crashed car in an attempt to save their own skins!!!

Was the hospital worker incapacitated by his workmates? If so I think he would have good grounds for wrongful dismissal, as has Keogh - unless there is something that’s not being said...!

    [Albion] Richard Keogh

Yep, passenger sacked, drivers playing for first team still - doesn’t make sense!

Guess there is more to that story then meets the eye, no way could you sack someone for being injured by a fellow employee who has broken the law and yet been retained?
