I find when my bottle is 20% empty I need to get through it quickly, not because the taste has changed, it just seems a shame not to.

I was bought this last Christmas and I was a bit disappointed when I unwrapped it, I smiled politely and thanked the gift giver - I later tried it and had to thank them again, this time genuinely!

This post getting bumped has just prompted me to open my bottle of Jura Journey, very nice it is too...

Think we've all made the same mistake here as we all appear to be recommending Scottish whisky to you, where clearly you were after Irish whiskey! :blush:

If you like your whisky on the peaty side then go for BenRiach Septendecim, a fantastic whisky that you may find for the price you are looking at.
