I remember Hunter telling me that he was in the University band, and that his brother was H&C's French Horn player but could also play a lot of other instruments, but I don't think Hunter himself was ever in the band.

I can remember this band being garbage in the early 80s. Some people I knew at the time would avoid going into a venue if they were even a support act.
Then they started to take them selves more seriously and produced some great stuff...
