    The majority of 1901 in my ex-experience are decent football fans that just want a bit of comfort, especially in the autumn/winter time. Personally I wasn't getting value from the 'perks' so transferred my lifetime seat to a fellow fan not too far from here, in exchange for his ESU seat.

    Well if his underlings actually bothered to answer supporters questions in detail, then there would be no real need to bother him. He enjoys interaction with supporters anyway. He has stated that on more than one occasion.

    In your email you should have pulled him up about the need to issue new cards to existing 1901'ers. Not very cost effective.
