Except post match on Village Way. I'm not saying it's a perfect solution but surely manual handling of those traffic lights leading onto Falmer Road would speed up exits for everybody considerably.- clippedgull

The levy is not being charged due to getting fans used to it being abolished altogether within a couple of seasons. That's my assumption.- clippedgull
