That doesn't mean Ulloa will stay. Other clubs might meet our valuation (Is it 10m ? is it 7.5m ?) or he might put in a transfer request forcing the clubs hand.
But this saga doesn't inevitably end with him going. And even if he does then it will mean...

McCormack £11m figure is almost certainly dependent on goals scored, appearances, performance so not the true figure of the fee.
7.5m for Ulloa, if thats the basic fee, is probably equivalent to RM.
