    You mean Lewes road the second main road leading into the city center The plan back in 2010/2011 are not quite the same one the greens have bull dozed though .

    Lewes road for one it was two lane's both ways, then some bright spark not only reduced it to one lane then also reduced the speed to 20 mph.
