Fair point, but more often than not, the journey is as equally important (if not more so), than the destination.

After a shit day, (well, several months, actually) of banging my head against a seemingly immovable body - think DVLA and you won't be far wrong - reading this has given me a little more strength to continue the fight. What a great read, that was. Thank you.
