Perhaps I wasn't very clear, I was thinking more in the twilight of his career after, as I said, 'many more successful seasons with us.'
I think his genial and low key nature mask a steely resolve and confidence to get the job done. His record speaks for itself, and I hope he enjoys many more successful seasons with us. I could see him managing Ireland one day.
