Theresa May supports fox hunting but famously reneged on a pledge to bring it back as PM when she realised how toxic the issue is.
The Tories were shit-scared of being seen as an animal-hating party. Animal welfare is a huge issue for a lot of Brits.
You said there appeared to be more “fuss” over Zouma than Greenwood.
I’m simply explaining why coverage of the latter HAD to stop after a few hours - it’s now an active legal case.
Lots of grey area here.
One can be under investigation for an alleged offence where specifics aren't known to the general public (but shared with employers etc).
Or under investigation after multimedia evidence is made public, with charges expected.
Both 'under investigation' but very different.
The Greenwood incident is in the hands of the law. Once he was arrested, the media had to stop publishing details.
In legal terms, you shouldn't pass judgement on a public forum either!
One-off? Blunder?!
Does it look like the first time? Does the young kid look shocked? Does the guy filming? They're actually laughing.
The guy needs serious recalibration. And the child taken away in the meantime.
Not impossible. Some reading for you...
