Haha I bit the bullet, so to speak. Tender as hell. I put 3 steaks in last night and they'd all fallen to pieces, not a piece of fat on them. Mash, peas and washed down with a glass of Rioja. Even saved a bit for the cat!!!
I've got some in the slow cooker, and it's been on for about 24 hours as I'd forgotten about it!!!! Will it still be edible, or will it need to be binned?!?!? Bit worried about opening it up if I'm honest!!!!!
