Moeraki. That's how you spell it. I was typing on my phone and couldn't remember. :D If you get a chance to do the day trip from Christcurch to Greymouth and back on the TranzAlpine train it's worth it. Not exactly cheap but the train ride through the mountain is very enjoyable.

Yeah, I'm in the capital of the south island. Lol Hammer Springs is a good place to visit for the pools. The sulphur ones are immense. Christchurch is still a construction site after the quakes of 2010 and 2011. If you get a chance, take the inland scenic route instead of SH1 between Chch...
