    They started ok, then were awful for 70 minutes. I couldn’t see their structure, game plan. Pobga and Sanchez played as mavericks, going down blind alleys. West Ham surprised me with their confident play.

    CC talks a good game. After beating Liverpool 1-0, the media loved his we parked the Ferrari in traffic. An amusing analogy, but later performances didn’t match the soundbites. Meanwhile unassuming CH walked the walk.

    I've been watching Chelsea v Hudd. Nothing special in the play so far, with disiplined Hudd keeping Chelsea at bay. On the stroke of half time, half the Chelsea players and their bench went berserk against the ref for blowing his whistle, when they had been preparing (slowly) to take a corner...
