If Fat Sam can keep relegation fodder (at different clubs) up with January transfers, there's no reason to say that Winstanley & Hughton can't as well, should the first 5 and half months of our PL go pear-shaped.

Relax, we have until 1st September to bring in all the players required to give us a fighting chance. But we should the club be thwarted in that, a second bite of the cherry of 31st January 2018.
