Although there's always lots of talk about exchange deals, I believe that they are actually incredibly rare. Want to keep Biss for another year, but if he goes, I'd like him to go to Liverpool or City as that's where I think he can achieve the most.

To be fair, players these days are all more skilful, quicker, athletic, powerful etc, etc but of their time :wink:
But I think those all go towards our 'best ever midfielder'
It is certainly the plan. It's just a matter of when do the 'maximum benefit to the team'/'maximum transfer fee' lines cross. I'd like to think maybe not for the next 12 months but there's really only 3 people who have that particular stat.
