No wonder we keep claiming that players are not match fit - There's nowhere to get that fitness

Ok. The full squad is 25 strong. Only 11-14 play each game and aside from a few who get called up to the U23 where do the rest get and maintain match fitness?

The Dev Squad remains a bit of a mystery to me. How do they get match fit if they don't play any fixtures?
