I actually like that - it doesn't look like a lot of the footballer blocks I've seen. Obviously you can add personality with interior decoration etc, but the building design and landscaping look good to me.
It has some interesting shapes inside and out, and there's a great view.
The rear is a real let down, and being overlooked by a caravan park is a real downer.
There are many many nicer properties, why do you like it so much, the unusual frontage?

Biggest house (read most expensive) in a not great area isn't ideal, but it's more complicated than 'buy best area'. Some properties simply have much more potential for improving than others.
I like Poets corner, but it's not what would be described as the best area, it was...
