It still makes no sense. If the sign just said no parking, then it's pretty clear the rule is no parking. You don't need an exception to prove it.

I wasn't being deliberately awkward, I guess your point went over my head. I'd certainly agree that generally keeping games 11 v 11 gives a better match, but perhaps Tuesday was the exception that proved the rule (which is a phrase that makes no sense).
